I keep going back to this over and over again. I'm posting it here because I feel like the artist has captured the physical expression of the grief we have for our children who have died more accurately than any photograph ever could.

Yes - even without the words, the picture is so descriptive. When people ask "how are you doing?" - sometimes it would be nice to hold up that picture just to express what my heart feels but words can't say.

ReplyDeleteYes it does. Perhaps that is why I keep being drawn to it over and over. It captures something so real and raw that I could never write in a hundred years. A picture truly is worth a thousand words, sometimes.
